Directed recruitment and selection, supervision, evaluation, and assignments of department personnel. Conducted sensitive investigations into allegations of official misconduct or violations of law by police officers, employees and conducted internal affairs investigations. Prepared and presented periodic reports on department activities to City Manager, Mayor and City Council.
